Also, she has found it helpful to talk to her support system when she feels like she will grow into a forced growth phase.
Lili has been going through a growth phase as she transitions from nine to five. She has a lot of anxiety about what will happen in the future. Lili tends to put all her energy into the future, and it causes her to be anxious. She believes it’s good to be uncomfortable sometimes for growth to happen.
